DC Chain Hoists

There is a DC Chain Hoist to meet your lifting requirements! From 150 pounds to 5 tons, DC chain hoists come with a variety of options to meet your needs. Choose the Manulift handle for operations with fast pick and place motion is required. It can also meet certain requirements to replace manual lifting in your existing processes. Choose the DCBS Electric Balancer for your assembly operations.

Use DC chain hoists with a traditional pendant or radio control. Choose from 2-speed or stepless variable speed with electrical options to meet North American market standards.

DC Chain Hoist Manulift Handle

Ideal for use in fast pick and place operations or an option to replace manual lifting processes, the Manulift handle available in the DC chain hoist line delivers. The handle is ambidextrous and ergonomic for operators. The operator uses the thumb to control the lift. With the DCMS model, the operator can use stepless variable speed to slow the speed to gently set the component.

Electric and Air Balancers

Assembly operations demand the use of a balancer. Whether you need an electric balancer or pneumatic balancer, Demag has a solution to meet your needs. The DCBS Electric Balancer functions similarly to a chain hoist but has additional modes to make connecting two components together efficiently. Standard modes include Grip Mode and Load Guide Mode, while additional modes like Assembly Mode and Load Tensioning Mode can be programmed to meet your unique requirements. Fully and easily programmable for safety, the DCBS can be integrated into customized end tooling using our remote handle.

The D-BP II Air Balancer uses clean air power so operators can connect two components together. Commonly used in assembly operations, this pneumatic balancer offers industry-leading safety to meet your KPI’s. Models include up/down balancers and units for integrating custom end tooling and/or controls. All up/down balancers comes standard with Load Weight Compensation (LWC), meaning all loads are handled at a safe speed, even the empty hook. Combined with the patented overspeed brake, the D-BP II air balancer delivers repeatable, safe lifting and maneuvering for operators.

DVR Rope Hoist

For standard environments and maintenance hoisting applications, the Demag DVR rope hoist meets your requirements. Available for capacities up to 80 ton, the DVR comes in 4 configurations to meet the needs of the crane area. It even has additional smart features to make lifting safer for your facility.

DH Wire Rope Hoist

When requirements exceed the standard environment, the DH wire rope hoist is the trusted lifting partner. Meeting lifting requirements for capacities up to 100 tons, the DH accommodates high capacities, long lifts, and aggressive environments. Add the optional co-axial F10 motor for mechanical braking in your application.
