Manually handling and combining or moving relatively light loads is often not only time-consuming, but also an ergonomic burden for employees. Together with a wide selection of hoist units, our slewing jibs and cranes installed direct at the workplace enable all types of workpieces to be lifted and transported quickly and easily and deposited gently and precisely. In this way, setting up and idle times can be significantly reduced and periods of waiting for workshop cranes to become available can be completely eliminated. Further strengths of our pillar and wall-mounted slewing jibs include:
Engineered square pillar for high rigidity and low deadweight. User friendly position of emergency switch
Hammerhead design for widest possible slewing angle. Robot welding for maximum precision. Consistently high standard of quality.
A) Fixing the column with anchor bolts in the existing concrete floor: assembly of the anchor plate with chemical anchors, subsequent secure screwing to the pillar base of the crane. Highly suited also for relatively thin concrete floors that have a thickness of ≥ 200 mm.
B) Anchors are used to fix pillars to the foundations. Exact alignment of the anchors with a template.
Light-weight design for best possible handling characteristics. Improved ergonomics thanks to optimised deadweight in relation to rigidity. Available in various designs:
Exactly adjustable slewing range of the jib.
The clamp-fitted design also enables it to be installed at a later date.
Rapid and precise handling of loads weighing up to 5 t.
DC chain hoist generation with wide scope of features and designs
Convenient handling, also for manual operation, thanks to very low travel forces.
Electric travel also possible, if required (e.g. if very heavy loads need to be moved).
Flat trailing cable without any external fittings for minimum maintenance.
Pillar brackets can be used for simple attachment of wall-mounted slewing jib cranes to a wide range of pillar dimensions. They can be attached at the required height to all squaresection pillars.
Inverter control for particularly smooth slewing motions.
Low-maintenance flat trailing cable, safely guided and easy to move

Slewing range 270°/300°
Pillar-mounted slewing jibs with jibs made of profile sections from the KBK light crane system feature high load capacities and a long outreach in relation to their deadweight. The low weight enables the jib to be moved easily and the use of KBK hollow section rail as the crane girder provides for very low travel forces.
The light-weight design and low-headroom jib make this pillar-mounted slewing jib suitable for universal applications in the medium load range up to 2,000 kg.
The low-headroom dimension results in a lifting height gain of 290 mm compared to the standard design. Whether for low-headroom applications, modernisation measures or changes in the use of the building, our pillar-mounted slewing jibs with short jib sections are the perfect solution in many cases.
Effective solution as a pillar-mounted slewing crane with two jibs for the same space requirement as slewing cranes with one jib. Four different jib arrangements are available for the perfect workplace design. The efficiency of specific process sequences can be further improved.
Slewing range n x 360°
Pillar-mounted slewing cranes offer a significant advantage wherever movement of the jib is not inhibited by walls, columns or similar obstacles The slewing range covers n x 360°.
D-GS pillar-mounted slewing cranes for loads weighing up to 1,000 kg feature particularly low headroom and compact dimensions. They are the ideal solution wherever maximum hook paths are required for applications with low ceiling dimensions.
These slewing cranes are the universal solution for the medium load range up to 5,000 kg. The low-headroom jib provides for particularly long hook paths. The cranes can also be powered by an optional electric slewing drive for ease of operation.
These pillar-mounted slewing cranes feature a high load capacity for a long outreach. The low-headroom jib also offers particularly long hook paths. Depending on requirements, D-MS cranes can be equipped with a DC chain hoist or a DR rope hoist. They can also be powered by an optional electric slewing drive for ease of operation.
Slewing range 180°/360°
A decisive advantage of wall-mounted slewing jibs is that they require no floor space, since they are mounted on load-bearing concrete walls, pillars or machinery and installations. They are particularly easy to install, since the bracket is ready to be fitted as a unit and eliminates any complicated alignment work. KBK wall-mounted slewing jibs are suitable for the lower load range up to 1000 kg.
The low headroom dimension results in a lifting height gain of 290 mm compared to the standard design. Whether for low-headroom applications, modernisation measures or changes in the use of the building, our "short" units are the perfect solution in many cases.
D-AW wall-mounted slewing jibs are suitable for universal applications in the lower load range up to 2,000 kg. The low deadweight makes it easy to move the jib even under load. Thanks to their low headroom dimension, they can also be used wherever long hook paths are needed in spite of a low ceiling height.
Designed for use with Demag chain hoists or Demag rope hoists in connection with their low-headroom jib and high load capacity, D-GW wall-mounted slewing jibs are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
