Demag Manulift chain hoist
Handling loads weighing up to 250 kg
The Demag Manulift electric chain hoist has been developed for safe and fast load handling of loads weighing up to 250 kg with one hand. The Manulift is based on the hoist unit of the Demag DC-Pro II chain hoist and therefore has the same full range of equipment and features. The difference to the basic design is the DSM control unit, which is connected to the chain hoist via a helical cable.

The control unit can be operated with one hand by both left and right-handed users. The rocker switches ensure convenient and precise control of the lifting speed. The control unit is rigidly connected to the load handling attachment, which means that the operator only needs one hand and can both operate the chain hoist and guide the load.
Flexible use of different load handling attachments
A load hook is installed as the standard load handling attachment. Thanks to the quick-change coupling, it can quickly be changed for a wide variety of other load handling attachments.
The numerous Demag load handling attachments support the handling of large, small and bulky loads. Individually developed load handling attachments can also be used with a coupling.
Demag Manulift as a workplace hoist
The chain hoist can either be fixed or used as a moving hoist in combination with a Demag trolley. In combination with the modular Demag KBK light crane system or Demag slewing jib cranes, the Manulift becomes an ergonomic workplace hoist. Practical solutions are presented in our references.
Safety by Demag
Demag DC-Pro II hoists have useful safety features as standard to make daily work not only more efficient, but above all safer. Low voltage at the direct contact point on the pendant controller as well as the assistance and convenience functions of the smart Demag tristate control system provide support and protection. The safety-related functions exceed Performance Level c and Category 2 as per EN ISO 13849-1.

Demag DCM-Pro II Manulift
The Demag DCM-Pro II Manulift has two lifting speeds for fast lifting and precise positioning of loads.
Two rocker switches are fitted to the DSM-C control unit to regulate the lifting speed. Both rocker switches have the same function, ensuring ergonomic handling for both right-handed and left-handed users.
The 2-stage lifting speeds are divided into the faster load lifting and the sensitive positioning speed.
