Update on COVID-19| Demag US & Canada Operations Remain Open

As the enormous impact of the COVID-19 outbreak continues to unfold in our communities, the Demag team continues to closely monitor government responses to the pandemic while issuing and maintaining protocols to keep our employees, customers, and the communities we serve as safe as possible. 

Based on the Ohio Governor’s order in effect as of today’s date, Demag is considered an essential business by the state of Ohio and we are supporting our dealers across the US and Canada who also support essential businesses. We have been able to maintain our production processes and shipments while implementing CDC recommended procedures for essential employees in these areas. While the ultimate effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on supply chains is not yet known and will likely continue to change based on the rate of infection, our global procurement organization continues to take steps to provide for continued shipment and delivery of needed goods and materials. Many of our employees are working from home to practice social distancing, but we are here to help you support your business and provide you world-class customer service.
