Intuitive load control
The integrated sensor system of the D-Grip Servo uses the principle of a tare function to determine the respective weight of a load on the hook and use it as an initial value. The sensor system is so sensitive that even the slight force of your fingertips is enough to set the load in motion.
Guidance directly on the load allows you to handle material more efficiently and position it precisely. Fully concentrate on the process and position intuitively.
Load pick-up mode
The load pick-up mode provides the operator with support when picking up loads. The balancer is preset and lifts the load to a preset force. The balancer pre-tensions the load handling attachment and lifts it. The load can be removed without sagging or rapid upward movement. The value can be re-configured at any time
Your devices and machinery are protected by this setting, as the load is not lifted beyond this and the chain hoist switches off automatically in an emergency.
Precise load positioning
As an operator, you can perform even more precise load positioning by manipulating the load directly. You can control the load directly by pulse and position it much more efficiently by hand-eye measurement. You avoid having to position the load using the pendant controller in one hand and holding the load with the other hand and having to readjust it frequently.
The new, intuitive control system enables not only inexperienced crane operators to position the load with ease.
Zewnętrzny czujnik obciążenia
The sensors of the D-Grip Servo can be extracted and integrated directly into the load-bearing arrangement as an external load sensor. The position of the D-Grip Servo control handle can be freely selected and various load handling attachments can be integrated. This gives you another option, for example, to transport bulky loads precisely, safely and intuitively.
