Demag KBK. Modular and versatile.
We launched our Demag KBK light crane system more than 60 years ago – today, we are the world market leader with this product in the light crane system sector. Using our KBK system, we can meet your specific application requirements precisely, quickly and efficiently. The components of our modular system can be combined to create individual suspension monorail, suspension crane, pillar and wall-mounted slewing jib crane solutions. Thanks to the system's high flexibility, our KBK installations can be integrated easily into any production infrastructure – and modified at any time.
We are expanding the possibilities for planning workplaces for more efficient material handling and safe transport with our new Demag KBK A28 profile.
The Demag Free Standing Steel Structure (FSS) provides load-bearing capacity for light crane systems – wherever ceiling structures are absent or lack sufficient load-bearing capacity. As a self-supporting load-bearing system designed in accordance with standards, it combines modular construction with high stability and enables ergonomic, efficient material flows in production.
Demag jib cranes
Manually handling and combining or moving relatively light loads is often not only time-consuming, but also an ergonomic burden for employees. Together with a wide selection of hoist units, our Demag slewing jibs and cranes installed direct at the workplace enable all types of workpieces to be lifted and transported quickly and easily and deposited gently and precisely. In this way, setting up and idle times can be significantly reduced and periods of waiting for workshop cranes to become available can be completely eliminated.
Demag crane sets
Demag crane sets for overhead cranes and overhead travelling cranes in single and double-girder designs as well as wall-mounted travelling cranes and gantry cranes ensure efficient material handling. The Demag partner network specialises in the planning, production and assembly of cranes and also ensures their ongoing operation through a comprehensive range of services. With our assistance and comfort features, the cranes provide safety and support during operation.

Demag DC chain hoists meet all the requirements of state-of-the-art hoist units, such as high productivity, efficiency, safety and reliability, and give you the certainty of a secure long-term investment. We develop and produce materials handling solutions for all industries and companies of all sizes, from small workshops to major industrial corporations. The Demag DC-II chain hoist takes the product portfolio into the new generation.
The Demag DCS-II chain hoist builds on the success of the DC generation and once again sets new standards in quality and cost-effectiveness. The stepless DCS-Com II and DCS-Pro II models enable highly precise and safe lifting and positioning – including rapid lifting movements thanks to a rated speed that is almost double in the partial load range. With load capacities of up to 3,200 kg.

Demag Belt Hoist DBH
However varied the demanding applications may be – whether hygiene-sensitive and clean, or in abrasive environments – the Demag DBH belt hoist proves its worth in both. Instead of a rope or chain, it uses a high-strength synthetic fibre belt that is completely lubrication-free and corrosion-resistant. As many of the DBH’s components are encapsulated, no substances can escape. And the durable belt ensures smooth, precisely controllable lifting and lowering movements without hook drift or the polygon effect.

Demag DH hoist units can be used in a wide variety of applications, both as travelling hoists on cranes or monorails and as stationary solutions. These powerful hoist units offer a number of special technical features that enable loads to be handled reliably even under demanding requirements. More than lifting: Installed as stationary or travelling units, they are more than just hoists – thanks to gentle handling with high load capacities up to 100 tons and flexible integration into almost any design.

With the modular system of Demag Drives, we realise economical individual solutions on the basis of standardised assemblies. Demag geared motors, Demag wheel block systems, Demag motors and Demag frequency inverters are reliable and proven worldwide, both as individual components and in combination. Benefit from our extensive installation and application expertise.
With the polyurethane (PUR) wheel, we have now made the wheel system even faster and more powerful. This gives you a 10% increase in load capacity and speeds up to 30% higher than with previous LRS wheels.
Demag controllers and wireless control systems
Demag control pendants and radio controls allow you to conveniently control cranes, hoists, gates, machines and installations alike.
With our radio controls, you can choose between the DRC-10, the DRC-MJ mini-joystick and the DRC-J with joystick.
