Con il nostro paranco a catena Demag DCBS con bilanciatore, è possibile sollevare e posizionare carichi fino a 250 kg con estrema facilità e in modo completamente intuitivo. La caratteristica principale è la funzione di bilanciatore, che offre una nuova sensazione di leggerezza nella movimentazione dei materiali nonché rende il luogo di lavoro ancora più ergonomico. Sulla base della nostra serie DC, il paranco a catena DCBS convince per la sua funzione di bilanciatore che consente di guidare facilmente i carichi e di posizionarli con precisione. Il nostro DCBS è disponibile in due tipi con portate fino a 250 kg.
Comando: Classico con impugnatura di comando o innovativo e direttamente sul carico?
Con la pulsantiera D-Grip Servo è possibile comandare comodamente il carico con una sola mano.
Il pulsante sulla D-Grip Servo permette di attivare, oltre alla modalità di guida del carico o alla modalità di bilanciatore, anche una sensazione completamente diversa della movimentazione del carico: Se le vostre dita sono sufficienti per sollevare, abbassare o spostare un carico fino a 250 kg, scoprite quanto sia fondamentale il nostro DCBS nell'allestimento di una postazione di lavoro ergonomica.
Grazie ai sensori integrati, il paranco a catena DCBS pretensiona autonomamente il carico agganciato nella modalità di presa del carico e lo solleva. Massima precisione anche nella giunzione orizzontale dei componenti: La modalità di giunzione supporta l'operatore con movimenti di compensazione e facilita le fasi di lavoro. Il carico viene posizionato facilmente con la punta delle dita.
Oltre ai vantaggi ergonomici, il DCBS offre tutti i vantaggi della nostra serie di paranchi a catena DC e soddisfa quindi le funzioni relative alla sicurezza con almeno il livello di prestazioni c e la categoria 2 secondo la norma EN ISO 13849-1.

Intuitive load control
The integrated sensor system of the D-Grip Servo uses the principle of a tare function to determine the respective weight of a load on the hook and use it as an initial value. The sensor system is so sensitive that even the slight force of your fingertips is enough to set the load in motion.
Guidance directly on the load allows you to handle material more efficiently and position it precisely. Fully concentrate on the process and position intuitively.
Load pick-up mode
The load pick-up mode provides the operator with support when picking up loads. The balancer is preset and lifts the load to a preset force. The balancer pre-tensions the load handling attachment and lifts it. The load can be removed without sagging or rapid upward movement. The value can be re-configured at any time
Your devices and machinery are protected by this setting, as the load is not lifted beyond this and the chain hoist switches off automatically in an emergency.
Precise load positioning
As an operator, you can perform even more precise load positioning by manipulating the load directly. You can control the load directly by pulse and position it much more efficiently by hand-eye measurement. You avoid having to position the load using the pendant controller in one hand and holding the load with the other hand and having to readjust it frequently.
The new, intuitive control system enables not only inexperienced crane operators to position the load with ease.
