In accordance with article 33 of regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), we hereby inform our customers about the presence of substances on the current Candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization (last updated Feb 2026) in products.
We are actively searching alternatives for articles including SVHCs. Please note that to the best of our knowledge and based on information provided by our suppliers, the following products delivered to the EU contain SVHCs in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight.
The articles do not pose a safety risk to customers and end-users under normal conditions of use, provided the equipment is operated according to our instructions and the articles are disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Gemäß Artikel 33 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 18. Dezember 2006 zur Registrierung, Bewertung, Zulassung und Beschränkung chemischer Stoffe (REACH) informieren wir hiermit unsere Kunden über das Vorhandensein von Stoffen der aktuellen Kandidatenliste der besonders besorgniserregenden Stoffe (SVHC) zur Genehmigung (letzte Aktualisierung Februar 2026) in bestimmten Produkten, die in unseren Kranen, Hubwerken und anderen Materialtransportgeräten verwendet werden.
Wir suchen aktiv nach Alternativen für Produkte mit besonders besorgniserregenden Stoffen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass nach unserem besten Wissen und basierend auf Informationen unserer Lieferanten die folgenden in die EU gelieferten Produkte besonders besorgniserregende Stoffe in einer Konzentration von mehr als 0,1 Massenprozent enthalten.
Die vorgenannten Artikel stellen unter normalen Einsatzbedingungen kein Sicherheitsrisiko für Kunden und Endverbraucher dar, vorausgesetzt, die Geräte werden gemäß unseren Anweisungen betrieben und die Artikel werden in Übereinstimmung mit allen geltenden Vorschriften entsorgt.
