• No left- or right-hand ropes required

Limit switches and angle gauges as options

Hook block-operated limit switch:

• Mandatory for synthetic rope
• Additional C-dimension of 50 mm

Angle gauge:

• Mandatory for smart functions
• Active load-sway reduction
• Additional C-dimension of 45 mm

Rope guide and drum Wire rope and synthetic rope

Exactly in the right groove.

Rope drum:

• The rope drum geometry forms the basis for both rope variants.
• Zinc-nickel coating of rope drum for synthetic rope.
• Two-piece rope drum cover for protection against external factors.
• GJS-700 cast iron rope sheaves
  • Spheroidal-graphite cast iron, self-lubricating

Rope guide:

Fully encloses the rope drum and always guides the rope into the correct groove. This prevents slack rope.

DualDrive

Thrust rocker

Thrust rocker for compact external dimensions of the rope hoist trolley and space-saving construction.

Hoist motor

Powerful lifting power with two speeds or infinitely adjustable. Squirrel-cage motors with IP 55 protection class, and optionally IP 66. Bi-metal temperature monitoring for all motors as standard.

Versions:

• P-motor for two speeds
• W-motor with ProHub
• Temperature range: -10°C to +45°C
  • Translation: 25:1
  • Integrated fan
  • Inverter controls the speed; no independent speed change
• S-motor with Prohub
  • Temperature range: -10°C to +55°C
  • Translation: 75:1
  • Rotary encoder
  • External fan
  • Inverter controls and alters the speed

Hoisting motors are equipped with magnetic disc brakes:

• Up to 1,000,000 operations
• IP 65 protection class

Optionally with manual brake release or second disc brake with holding brake function.

Electric equipment

• Universal control cabinet for hardwired control or CanBus control
• DMU with modem as basis for monitoring, remote diagnosis and parameter programming
• Suitable for 50 or 60 Hz operation

Conventional contactor control:

• Can be combined with P and S hoist motor
• IP 55 protection class, IP 66 optional
• For crane sets and individual applications
• Temperature range from -20°C to +55°C
• Suitable for outdoor areas and humidity

DHR Advanced Control:

• Can be combined with W and S hoist motor
