Pillar
Engineered square pillar for high rigidity and low deadweight. User friendly position of emergency switch
-
Pillar head
Hammerhead design for widest possible slewing angle. Robot welding for maximum precision. Consistently high standard of quality.
-
Pillar connection
A) Fixing the column with anchor bolts in the existing concrete floor: assembly of the anchor plate with chemical anchors, subsequent secure screwing to the pillar base of the crane. Highly suited also for relatively thin concrete floors that have a thickness of ≥ 200 mm.
B) Anchors are used to fix pillars to the foundations. Exact alignment of the anchors with a template.

Jib
Light-weight design for best possible handling characteristics. Improved ergonomics thanks to optimised deadweight in relation to rigidity. Available in various designs:
- KBK steel up to 1,000 kg / 8 m length
- KBK Aluline up to 1,000 kg / 7 m length
- I-profile beam up to 10,000 kg / 12 m length
-
Slewing motion limiter
Exactly adjustable slewing range of the jib.
The clamp-fitted design also enables it to be installed at a later date. -
Electric chain hoist
Rapid and precise handling of loads weighing up to 5 t.
DC chain hoist and DC-II chain hoist generations with wide scope of features and designs -
Cross-travel unit
Convenient handling, also for manual operation, thanks to very low travel forces.
-
Electric cross-travel unit
Electric travel also possible, if required (e.g. if very heavy loads need to be moved).
-
Power supply line for KBK profiles
Flat trailing cable without any external fittings for minimum maintenance.
- Easy to move
- Robust design
-
Wall mounting arrangement
Pillar brackets can be used for simple attachment of wall-mounted slewing jib cranes to a wide range of pillar dimensions. They can be attached at the required height to all squaresection pillars.
-
Electric slewing drive
Inverter control for particularly smooth slewing motions.
-
Power supply for I-beam-girder
Low-maintenance flat trailing cable, safely guided and easy to move
