Outstanding engineering

DC chain hoist offers features that are unique for its class.

  • Motor: withstands high ambient temperatures and heavy loads. Long-life, easily adjustable conical brake with asbestos-free brake linings
  • Gearbox: two or three-stage gearbox with oil lubrication.
  • Slipping clutch: protection against extreme overload in accordance with relevant international safety regulations.
  • Chain/chain drive mechanism: the high-quality hardened chain surface is extremely resilient and wear-resistant also in harsh environments. The same applies for the chain drive mechanism.
  • Trolleys: push-travel or electric-travel trolleys available, as required. The electric-travel trolley can be operated at two speeds.
  • Operation: control pendant switch with emergency-stop button as standard. Control cable with integrated strain relief arrangement.
  • Installation: the chain hoist is simply attached by means of the suspension bracket and is then immediately ready for operation.
