Business stationery documents are important information carriers that reach and address customers and company stakeholders. It is therefore essential to achieve an impact with recognition value by consistently using a uniform basic design in terms of typography.

Only through the uniformity of the documents is it possible to convey a synergetic effect and a distinctive profile of the brand.

Standard letterhead

The following specifications have been developed on the basis of the relevant standards. Individual country-specific requirements must be taken into account.

A core element of business stationery is the standard letterhead.

Recommendation: Plano Jet (bright white, matt, wood-free, uncoated paper Papyrus Group)

PowerPoint

The design of presentation slides in PowerPoint is also based on the binding Corporate Design.

The template provided by the Demag Global Marketing Team shows examples of how to use the template and allows you to adapt the layouts of individual pages quickly and easily.

• Always use this template when representing Demag
• Tell a story - with a beginning (e.g. the challenge), a middle (e.g. the solution) and an end/goal (e.g. the next steps).
• Tips:
  • Also use the slides to separate sections.
  • Less is more. Keep the slides light and clearly arranged: an expressive image or a large image with a short summary of 2-3 paragraphs underlines the spoken statement

Business cards

The 12° element dominates the design structure of business cards. They are printed on both sides. The contact details are printed on the front and can also be accessed on the back via a QR code.

• The telephone country code prefix is always shown with a plus.
• The city code prefix is shown without a zero.
• No hyphens are used, e.g. to separate an extension number.
• The name is clearly highlighted in bold, while the job title, field of activity and address appear more in the background.
• The format is 90 x 55 mm.
