Wetter, 30 June 2008. The Supervisory Board of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH appointed Thomas H. Hagen as Chairman at its meeting held today. He succeeds Harald J. Joos, Chief Executive Officer of the Group Holding Demag Cranes AG, who left the Supervisory Board of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH as planned.In the course of the new organisation of the Demag Cranes Group, Thomas H. Hagen had already resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH and joined the Supervisory Board in May of this year.In his position as a Board Member of Demag Cranes AG, Mr. Hagen is responsible for the Industrial Cranes and Services segments at Group level.
