of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH
Wetter, Germany, 21 May 2008. As part of the reorganisation of the Demag Cranes Group, Thomas H. Hagen has resigned his office as Chairman of the Executive Board of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH and will join the Supervisory Board of that company. Hagen as a member of the Management Board of Demag Cranes AG is responsible for the Industrial Cranes and Services segments at Group level.
Dr. Horst J. Heiber (59), after five years as the Managing Director for Finances and Administration, left Demag Cranes & Components GmbH for personal reasons as at 30 April 2008. He will, however, continue to advise the Executive Management in his capacity as a consultant. Andrew Clarke previously the Managing Director of Worldwide Sales, has withdrawn from the Executive Management team of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH for personal reasons and is now responsible for the Western Europe sales region.
Rainer Berthan, who has been a member of the Executive Management team of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH since 1 January 2008, thus remains the General Manger of Demag Cranes & Components GmbH.
