Personnel development

As part of our personnel development scheme, we offer a program for our management trainees. Our Personnel Development Program consists of six phases, ranging from the orientation phase for new employees to the development and trial phase in your first management position. An important part of this program is an analysis of your potential, which we carry out by means of personnel development workshops. The goals are:

  • To use a clearly structured and scientifically valid procedure for personnel development
  • To provide individual, frank and fair feedback for every participant about his or her social and method potential as observed in the workshop
  • To give recommendations on dedicated personnel development for all participants
  • To improve the decision-making basis for Demag management planning in all parts of the company in the scope of management, specialist and project careers
  • To promote personal contacts between different parts of the company

The three-day workshops are each attended by eight management trainees, who take on a series of tasks in a variety of activities, such as

  • Group discussions
  • Role plays
  • Individual presentations
  • Interviews
  • Test of cognitive performance

The workshop is followed by a support phase, which already begins with detailled feedback on the last day of the workshop and accompanies you throughout your further development at our company.
