| Sales Support Manager Industrial Cranes Segment |
Location: Demag Cranes & Components (Middle East) FZE, Dubai, U.A.E.
Main duties
This position is an opportunity to be part of an expanding company in one of the most exciting markets in the world. As part of the company’s senior management team, the Sales Support Manager is responsible for the Project, Design and Production departments comprising 20 employees. The primary task is to create, develop and motivate a cohesive back office team that will support the sales and fulfillment process. You will monitor schedules and capacities within the departments and implement efficient processes to ensure we meet our commitments to our customers. You will be the key person co-ordinating with the head office in Wetter, third party suppliers in the Middle East and our customers. In addition, you will be responsible ensuring that we conduct our business in compliance with Demag Cranes & Components Business Guidelines, the timely preparation and attainment of budgets, the evaluation of new inquiries, the commercial assessment of contracts and the checking and countersigning of documents. You can expect to travel throughout the Middle East.
Requirements
You will have completed a Business Administration Degree and have a minimum of 8 years experience in project and contract management, sales, design and production. You will be fluent in English both written and conversation and be competent with Microsoft Office Package and SAP - Business 1. You will have the skills to develop, implement and manage efficient workflow processes at a local and regional branch level. Experience with the Demag product range and knowledge of German are distinct advantages.
You will be a confident, process oriented, excellent communicator with a dedicated working attitude. You will be clearly customer-oriented with the ability to persuade and get the best from people.
